Email samantha.shelton@smartflyer.com or fill out the contact form on this website. From there, we’ll schedule your introductory call where I’ll take some time to talk about your trip before diving in.
Once we’ve decided to work together, I’ll start researching your dream vacation. From there, I’ll customize a quote that perfectly fits your wants, specifications and budget. There are lots of ways to go about this and I will cater to your personal preferences, but the two main options are listed below:
Option 1 - I can help you plan a full itinerary and recommend the best hotels and experiences around the world with upgrades, perks, resort credits, free breakfasts, and more by booking your stay through me. All I need to know is where you are looking to go (if you don’t know, I can help guide you), # of travelers, any must dos/don'ts, and a rough budget.
Option 2 - You already know where you want to go and I can check to see if I can get you a better price, additional perks, etc.
After you've made your selections, I'll take care of all your booking needs for the trip. I will provide you with your custom itinerary prior to leaving, so all you have to worry about is packing your bags (when I’m not planning trips, I’m styling for clients, so I too can help with this)!
FAQ + FEES
Hotels: Hotel quotes and bookings are always complementary! Thanks to my relationships and club memberships, I can offer perks at thousands of hotels around the world and you pay the same or a better rate than if you were to book directly. Through my affiliation with SmartFlyer, I’m also a member of Virtuoso, Belmond Bellini, Four Seasons Preferred, Rosewood Elite, Hyatt Prive and more.
Custom Itineraries: There is a $300 planning fee for custom itineraries. This fee covers up to 6 hours of planning services including the quoting process and building of a custom travel itinerary completely catered to you. I will handle everything on your behalf: transfers, rental cars, dining reservations, spa reservations, private excursions, free time recommendations, etc.!
Flights: Flight bookings require a $50 per person round trip ticketing fee for domestic flights and $100 per person round trip ticketing fee for international flights. This covers my time sharing options with you, completing the flight booking and managing the booking with our in-house Air Desk until you safely return home. I’m able to book any type of flight, but can often find discounted rates through our in-house Air Desk on elevated types of flights (I.e. premium economy, business and first class)
